Everything you need to know as google pulls the android license from Huawei

Huawei the 2nd best smartphone brand in the world, has recently been banned by google and there services partially. I personally don’t think that the things could be sorted out soon because its not about the two MNC’s its about the politics between the two powers. The Huawei’s sub brand  honor is also going to face the same problem.




**NOTE If you are planning to buy a Huawei phone then I’ll recommend you to wait until things get shorted out or else go for another brand



IS IT GOING TO AFFECT THE MARKET?

A big yes, Samsung is probably going to take the position and market share of the HUAWEI MOBILE LTD in the world will decrease with very high rate.
According to the reports in 2019 Quarter 1st there was 19% shares in the worldwide market and it could probably decrease to 10 to 11% in the 3rd quarter




SO EXACTLY WHAT IS THE ISSUE?

So, from past many year Donald Trump had his eyes on Huawei and ZTE both the Chinese manufacturers. The US Government says that the company is illegally providing the information to the Chinese government and the brand has already been banned in USA. The US government has sent notice to google to remove all the Chinese partners whom they have been providing the services.




WHAT ABOUT ALL THE EXISTING PHONES?

Owners of Huawei or Honor phones will not find that they suddenly cannot install new apps or get updates for Google services. The reason is that the company have already been certified under processes known as Compatibility test suite (CTS)

           * Securities updates will be not regular
·        *Many of the services expect play service is not going to work
·        *Android in EMUI will now not be optimize
·        *Software fixes will not be done
·        *The device may slow down



WHAT ABOUT THE NEW PHONE?

As I mentioned above about the CTS which will be now not provided to the new devices
Hence the device will be not certified with Google and as a consequence the user will not be
Able to use the following Google apps
·      
 *         *The play stores for apps, music and other media
·        *Google photos
·        *YouTube
·        *Google maps
·        *Google device cloud storage
·        *Google duo video calls





WHAT HUAWEI IS PANNING FOR THE FUTURE?

Huawei told the German newspaper that they are currently working on building its own operating system and in future it could be seen the Huawei phones being launched with its own OS and china could be the first country where we can see the first phone launched with their own operating system.
